I’m Richard, a Senior DevOps and Platform Engineer who gets energized by hard problems. I build cloud platforms, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure systems, but engineering is one lens inside a larger picture: I’m entrepreneurial at heart, drawn to the problems worth solving and the systems, in code or in business, that actually solve them.

I consult with founders and teams as a fractional Tech Lead, and I coach individuals and leaders through the kind of complexity that code alone can’t fix. I love systems. I love people. The best work sits at the intersection of the two.
